Fantastic Hole/Ramp protectors from "Cliffy's"
Pinballs are great to play, so they get played! The steel ball can build up quite a speed trying to smash anything in its path. When the ball enters or is ejected from an under playfield 'hole' it tends to hit the playfield edge which is normally un protected on a stock machine. Over time the hole edge and surrounding playfield surface wears away. This not only devalues a pinball but looks darn right ugly.Inner hole protectors have been available for a while but didnt completely defeat the wear!
The solution: A pinball enthusiast in the USA has invented a superb pinball protector.
The question: Why didnt the manufacturers think of this? Doh!
Any machine we have in stock can be upgraded with a protector at relatively little extra cost.(way less than wear depreciation) .just ask! (maybe non stock items can be made by special request)

New fully radiused corners!
now available for mirror hole too as above.
To install, simply remove the locknut from the bottom of the playfield that holds the mirror mounting post in place. This is the post to to the right of the hole and it is what we will use to secure the protector to the game. Lower playfield and remove two locknuts holding the mystery mirror in place. Unplug the wiring connector from behind the mirror and set mirror assembly aside. Remove the red plastic over the hole and set aside. Remove the rear screw holding the metal ball guide on the left. Swing the guide to the left and now place the protector into the hole. Align the tab hole with the post mounting hole on the right and insert the post. The leftmost tab of the protector simply sits underneath the metal ball guide so swing the guide *over* the tab and back into place, reinstall screw. Install the red plastic and then the mirror assembly, remembering to plug the wiring back in. Flip playfield up and secure the mounting post with it's locknut and washer. You're done!
Protected for life!
Full ramp protector kit. covers/protects your ramp damages
Monster bash pinball: Mosh Pit Scoop Protector
Installation is not difficult but will require some time. The tab on the lower front edge is held in place by simply being pinched between the scoop weldment and the bottom side of the playfield. Therefore, the weldment must be loosened enough to slip the tab in between then retightened. The upper tab with the punched hole is held in place by the post behind the scoop hole. This must of course be removed and then inserted through the protector tab and tightened again from the bottom side. Total time to install is about 30 minutes.
No Good Gofers Pinball Lift Catch

Revenge From Mars Pinball: hole protector
Installation is not difficult, about the same as Monster Bash, but will require some time.
