Terms of sale.
All items shown on our website are either available from stock from our warehouse or available for us to send direct to you from our selected suppliers. Just ask for availability or info using our quotation section.
Unlike some companies, we are not a drop ship agent, we will not take your money and not supply your goods. We pride ourselves on quality and good service. We always endevour to provide the same level of service that we would wish to receive! We supply you with or full contact information so you know where to come to bang on our desk if required.
Delivery: Small items, spares etc are dispatched by royal mail, first class or royal mail parcels. You can request recorded delivery if required and a tracking number will be supplied. Heavier items are dispatched by tnt on a next weekday service. Saturday service can be specially requested but will cost more! please use quotation link and we will reply with cost and delivery method most suitable.
Large items of equipment: ie. pool tables, football tables, air hockey etc.
These are too big to send by post and too delicate to send by normal courier. These are, where possible delivered by one of our own drivers who are experienced in handling large goods. We reserve the right to use a specialist courier to deliver to you but we will confirm this at time of order.
Deliveries are made to GROUND FLOOR ONLY unless specifically requested and agreed by us at time of order. We would need to speak to you about this regarding access etc. some products will not go upstairs!
Please note: While we will take every care whilst on your property we will not be responsible for damages of any kind to your property or furnishings. Please ensure the route from entry door to final equipment siting is clear , covered and protected ready for your delivery. This includes floors, floor coverings and doors, door edges etc. Heavy items need to be trollied into position.
Deposits: We will ask for a deposit only to secure your order price and agreed delivery date. For most pool tables etc we only ask for a £50 deposit. For pool table/diners which are manufactured to customer order we ask for £1500 as these are high value items which we cannot cancel once ordered.
Bespoke manufacture: We can manufacture your product to your specification. A deposit payment will be agreed at time of enquiry.
Payment: our payment methods are clearly available here. For those unsure about buying from the internet may i assure you that your goods will be delivered on the day requested as far as is possible. You may pay by cash or bank draft on delivery if your goods are delivered by our transport only. You are also welcome to make collections from our warehouse by appointment only.
Returns: Please ensure you have the space required for the item you are purchasing. In the unlikely event that your purchase is not as described it can be returned to us in unused condition only. We must be informed within 7 days that the item is to be returned in writing please, sent recorded delivery to our address on the contact us section. The item will be refunded minus delivery and instalation charges. ( to date we have never had a pool table we have supplied returned) Please note if goods are returned which are not faulty and are sold as advertised and ordered then a 20% restocking charge will be debited from original price paid.
Warranty: All new goods supplied carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty. We handle any warranty claims within the first 30 days which is usually time enough for any manufacturing faults to show up. After that your warranty is covered by the manufacturer direct. We will help where we can!
Commercial use: Any product supplied for commercial use will have a warranty limited to 30 days from invoice date.
All second user goods supplied carry our own 30 day warranty only. This is on a return to base basis at customers cost. Your warranty term will be marked on your invoice and will start on day of delivery.
Condition of goods: When buying new goods from us you can expect them to be just that, new and perfect. Please check your goods at time of delivery and advise us of any shortages or damage when signing your delivery invoice.
Second user goods: These goods will be checked to be as described on dispatch. We can give you a full appraisal of the product by email or by phone. Again check on delivery your goods are received as described and as ordered.
With second user goods we always prefer to speak to you regarding condition before delivery, That way you know exactly what to expect. Our policy is only to sell goods which we would be happy to receive, we wont sell rubbish!
